BITS OVERLOAD expands: Story Mode, Time Attack and a secret fourth mode

BITS OVERLOAD keeps growing.
As we move closer to release, we are working on a major expansion of the game experience, with new modes, new mechanics, and new ways to face the universe of BITS OVERLOAD.
The core goal remains the same: build a tactical sci-fi card battler where every decision matters, while the upcoming modes push that formula in very different directions.
STORY MODE — 30 SECTORS AGAINST LORD SRAD RAVEN
The new Story Mode will take players through a 30-sector campaign.
At the center of the story is Lord Srad Raven, determined to seize the energy of the universe by taking control of reactors sector after sector. Players will have to cross the galaxy and stop him before his plan is complete.
Story will introduce a different structure from Endless: the player and the enemy will have two independent reactors, turning every encounter into a battle not only against the opponent's cards, but also for control of energy.
Progress will be represented by a dedicated 30-sector map, showing the ship's route through the campaign and the advance toward the final confrontation.
TIME ATTACK — TIME BECOMES A RESOURCE
The second major addition is Time Attack.
This mode is built around a race through 20 sectors with an initial 10-minute timer. Time runs during active gameplay and becomes a strategic resource of its own.
Completing sectors and performing specific actions will let players recover valuable seconds, constantly forcing a choice between safety, speed, and aggression.
Time Attack will also introduce CRONO BOOST, a new special card tied directly to the timer and designed to provide precious extra seconds at critical moments.
The philosophy is simple: every second counts.
AND THEN THERE IS A FOURTH MODE...
Endless. Story Mode. Time Attack.
And a secret fourth mode.
For now, we are not saying anything else. We will not reveal its name, its rules, or what players will need to do to discover it.
Some things are better left classified.
BITS OVERLOAD IS SPEAKING MORE LANGUAGES
Localization is also part of the work in progress. The project is planned to support 15 languages: Italiano, English, 简体中文, Español, 日本語, Português, Português Brasil, Deutsch, Français, Русский, Türkçe, 한국어, 繁體中文, Español Latinoamérica and Polski.
The goal is to make the BITS OVERLOAD universe accessible to an increasingly international audience.
DEVELOPMENT CONTINUES
Story Mode, Time Attack, new cards, dedicated maps, localization, and other systems are currently part of development and QA. Some values and details may still be adjusted before the final release.
