BITS OVERLOAD Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the Android app BITS OVERLOAD, package com.sradraven.bitsoverload, published by SRADRAVEN on Google Play. The Android version uses Google services for app distribution, in-app purchase management and the display of advertising.

Advertising through Google AdMob
The free version of BITS OVERLOAD uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK to display interstitial ads at certain moments during the game.
Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share, for advertising, analytics and fraud-prevention purposes, certain technical information including:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate an approximate geographic location;
- product interactions such as app launches, taps and views;
- diagnostic information related to performance, crashes and app operation;
- device and account identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID when available.

This data is processed by Google under its own notices and policies. Data transmitted by Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS.
SRADRAVEN does not directly sell users’ personal data.
Advertising consent
For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, BITS OVERLOAD uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage advertising consent preferences.
Where required by applicable law, users may accept, reject or manage their advertising preferences. Where available, those preferences may later be reviewed from within the app through the dedicated privacy and ads function.
Without consent, the app may limit or adapt advertising requests according to Google settings and rules and applicable law.
Ad-free Premium version
BITS OVERLOAD offers a one-time purchase called Premium, managed through Google Play Billing.
The Premium purchase removes advertising from the game and does not provide gameplay advantages, extra lives, rewards or other competitive benefits.
Payment information, such as card details or payment-method data, is handled directly by Google Play and is not provided to SRADRAVEN. The app receives only the technical information needed to verify purchase status and activate or restore Premium functionality.
Data processed by the app
BITS OVERLOAD may also use local data on the device for:
- game saves;
- progression and unlocks;
- preferences and settings;
- Premium status;
- technical information necessary for the app to operate correctly.
This data remains on the device unless a Google Play function or an integrated service requires transmission that is necessary for its operation.
Third parties
The Android version may use the following third-party services:
- Google Play;
- Google Play Billing;
- Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK;
- Google User Messaging Platform.
Use of these services is also subject to Google’s privacy policies and applicable terms.
Retention and deletion
Local save data remains on the device until deleted by the user, the app or the operating system. Data processed by Google is subject to Google's retention periods and management tools. Because BITS OVERLOAD does not require a SRADRAVEN account to play, SRADRAVEN does not maintain a game-user profile that must be deleted on request. Children
BITS OVERLOAD is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children through a proprietary account. Audience, advertising and content settings in Google Play and AdMob are managed consistently with the rating and declarations made in Play Console. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to SRADRAVEN, contact us so that we can review the matter.
Security
SRADRAVEN uses reasonable technical measures to reduce unauthorized access to its systems. Services operated by Google are also subject to the provider's own security measures and terms.

This section may be updated when any of the following changes:
